Important Notice: Limited Staff Availability – October 20^th–24^th

During the week of October 20^th, DSC staff will be engaged in training on a new permit system. Fewer staff will be available to provide in-person, phone, and email assistance.

We recommend:

• Submitting applications and documents in advance, when possible
  
  
• Taking advantage of our online resources for information, forms, and permitting.
  
  
• Allowing extra time for responses to questions and requests.
  
  

This training is an important step in bringing you a better, more efficient permitting process in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Permit Center (In-Person) Office Hours are:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 8am to 5pm

Wednesdays: 11am to 5pm (The morning hours are being utilized to provide focused time for staff to complete plan reviews, creating the ability for projects to begin more quickly.)
