New Fees Effective January 22, 2025

Beginning January 22, 2025, the following fee schedule takes effect.  While Permit Applications and Fee Calculators are being updated, please utilize the following fee schedule for the most accurate details on the new rates.

Permit Center (In-Person) Office Hours are:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 8am to 5pm 

Wednesdays: 11am to 5pm (The morning hours are being utilized to provide focused time for staff to complete plan reviews, creating the ability for projects to begin more quickly.)
