    Availability of Online Permits/Licenses

    Permits/Licenses must be paid for at the time of application. They can be printed as soon as they have been paid for if they don't require a review.
    Permits usually require a follow-up inspections. The Applicant may return to the Permit Details page on any of your permits and schedule an inspection later. Inspections may only be scheduled for the next business day.

    Currently only Contractors that have a registered account are able to:

  • Purchase Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing permits
  • Schedule Inspections
  • Print Attached Documents/Certificates of Occupancy linked to projects they are associated with
