Special Loading Zone/Parking Space Reservations: When reserving a parking space if the device adjacent to the space is a dual space device, reserving both spaces will be required.
Special Loading Zone permits may be obtained in person at the 3rd floor of City Hall, Development Services Center during regular business hours or through this online permitting system. Please use the On-Street Paid Parking Map to identify the space(s) you would like to reserve. Each space is identified by a diamond, please write down the Zone, Space Number, and Space Name for the parking space you would like to reserve. NOTE: An account must be registered, and the applicant needs to be logged in to an account in order to apply for a Loading Zone permit. When logged in, choose the “Parking” tab, and then choose “Apply for a Permit” in the upper left corner of the permit account page.
