FRAUD ALERT: Beware of
Fake City of Spokane Permit Invoices
The City of Spokane has
received reports of fraudulent emails requesting permit, planning, and development-related
payments. The City will never request
payment through emailed wire transfer instructions. If you receive a suspicious invoice or
payment request, please contact the Development Services Center immediately to verify
its authenticity before making any payment.
Permit Center (In-Person) Office Hours are:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 8am to 5pm
Wednesdays: 11am to 5pm
(The morning hours are being utilized to provide focused time for staff to complete plan reviews, creating the ability for projects to begin more quickly.)
